Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with EaseFlex. We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from EaseFlex. This Refund & Return Policy explains when returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and cancellations may be accepted.
By placing an order with EaseFlex, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Window
EaseFlex offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- The item must not show signs of wear, misuse, damage, alteration, abuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair.
- The return request must be submitted within the eligible return period.
- The customer must provide the order number and proof of purchase.
EaseFlex reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or manuals.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, accident, or unauthorized repair.
- Clearance, final sale, promotional, or discounted items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards or digital products, if offered.
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that cannot be resold for health, hygiene, or safety reasons.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. How to Start a Return

- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Do not send any item back without first contacting EaseFlex and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by EaseFlex, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by an error confirmed by EaseFlex.
EaseFlex recommends using a trackable shipping service. EaseFlex is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address during return transit.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact EaseFlex within 7 days of delivery at easeflexsupport@gmail.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
EaseFlex may require this information to verify the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, repair, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate.
Failure to provide requested evidence may limit the ability of EaseFlex to assist.
7. Refund Approval
Once EaseFlex receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that banks, credit card companies, and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account. These processing times are outside the control of EaseFlex.
8. Partial Refunds
EaseFlex reserves the right to issue a partial refund if:
- The item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition.
- Original packaging, accessories, parts, or manuals are missing.
- The item shows signs of wear, misuse, or improper handling.
- The return is received after the allowed return period but is accepted as an exception.
9. Exchanges
EaseFlex may offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, depending on product availability.
If the item is unavailable, EaseFlex may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Order Cancellations
EaseFlex begins processing orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If your order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, EaseFlex may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may need to follow this Refund & Return Policy once the item is delivered.
11. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or considered undeliverable due to customer action or inaction, including an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or refusal to pay required fees, EaseFlex may deduct shipping costs, return shipping costs, handling fees, and any related charges from any eligible refund.
If the package cannot be returned to EaseFlex or is destroyed by the carrier or customs authority, EaseFlex may not be able to issue a refund.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact EaseFlex first at easeflexsupport@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the matter.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting EaseFlex may delay resolution. EaseFlex reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, communication history, and policy acceptance evidence to payment providers in response to disputes.
13. Abuse of Return Policy
EaseFlex reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or future orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive returns, policy misuse, false claims, or repeated chargebacks.
14. Contact Information
Returns and Hygiene-Sensitive Products
EaseFlex offers 30-day returns on eligible items, subject to the conditions in this Refund & Return Policy.
Because some EaseFlex products are personal wellness, body-contact, heat, massage, support, or hygiene-sensitive products, returns may be refused if the item has been opened, used, worn, damaged, altered, washed, contains signs of use, is missing parts, or is not returned in its original packaging.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products that come into contact with the body may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or otherwise required by applicable law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- With all accessories, manuals, cables, parts, and inserts included
- Returned only after contacting EaseFlex and receiving return instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
Shipping costs, shipping protection fees, handling fees, and other non-product fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
EaseFlex reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund. If a returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, the return may be refused, the refund may be denied or reduced, and the item may be returned to the customer where applicable.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
